Christian Medical College (CMC), Vellore

Established in 1918 and maintained by the Christian Medical College Vellore Association, CMC is one of the top medical colleges in India. It offers a wide range of undergraduate, postgraduate, fellowship and higher specialty courses in medicine, nursing, allied health sciences, and related disciplines, as well as courses in Bioengineering.

The college and its peripheral units have 2,800 beds for in-patients and over 8, 000 beds for outpatient treatment. The college also provides a range of distance learning courses in family medicine, diabetes, mental health, community health, and Covid care.

The number of seats available for MBBS studies is 100 out of which 16 seats are available for all India general category and 84 seats are reserved for Minority Network Category and CMC Vellore Staff quota.

Kasturba Medical College (KMC), Manipal, Manipal Academy of Higher Education

Established in 1953 by the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE), Kasturba Medical College is a top-ranked private medical college. It is the flagship institute of MAHE which has also received the Institute of Eminence status.

St. John’s National Academy of Health Sciences (SJNAHS)

St. John’s Medical College, Bengaluru was established in 1964 by the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of India. Spread over 132 acres, SJNAHS consists of:
